If these negotiations fail, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of The American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Genesee County Michigan.

• Severability: If any provision of these T&C is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These T&C, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these T&C shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

They can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and they will receive no further SMS communications".
